Strong Talent Strategies was founded by Mark Strong in 2018. Mark has over 30 years experience working with a wide range of organizations to implement programs for talent identification and development with jobs ranging from CEOs and senior executives to operations and maintenance positions in the field.  Working with some of the largest and most profitable companies in the world as well as regional and local corporations, small businesses, government agencies, and not-for-profits, he has assisted clients in North and South America, Africa, Asia, Australia, and Europe.  Mark specializes in customizing solutions to meet his clients’ needs, and he has designed systems for employee selection, promotion and progression, leadership development, and succession planning. 

The team at Strong Talent Strategies includes industrial psychologists, adult learning specialists, and test administrators and proctors, as well as engineers and other technical specialists to provide subject matter expertise for our solutions.
